Bicycles
Bicycles have become ubiquitous in nearly every part of the world. Current estimates suggest that there are over one billion bicycles currently in use across the planet. In many parts of the world, the bicycle is the most common means of transportation.
Invented during the 19th century, the bicycle has evolved into a high-tech, eco-friendly means of entertainment and transportation. Many of today’s bicycles incorporate fairly advanced suspension and braking systems. Multi-gear transmissions are also considered the norm for today’s bikes.
There are many different types of bicycles available to today’s consumers. Road bikes have evolved into a host of models, including commuter and folding bikes. Mountain bikes are made for different activities as well, such as downhill racing and trail bikes.
